How long has your team offered direct care services?
We have been accredited since 2009. In that time, we have maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and earned a reputation for consistent, high-quality care and exceptional customer service. You will also find that we treat each of our clients with the respect and compassion they deserve.
Do you accept Medicaid waivers?
We accept the New Opportunity Waiver (N.O.W.), Supervised Independent Living (SIL), Community Choice Waiver (CCW), Residential Opportunity Waiver (ROW), Long Term Personal Care Service (LTPCS), Children’s Choice (CC), and Early Periodic Screening and Diagnostic Treatment (EPSDT).
What is the process to get started?
We meet with all our potential clients in their home or at our office in Shreveport, Louisiana. This allows our staff to get to know the client and any family members that also attend the visit and gives them the opportunity to ask questions about the services we provide. Additionally, if the client doesn’t already have a Medicaid waiver in place, we can explore what option might work best and how to apply.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer home care services for disabled individuals, seniors, and veterans, assisting with daily care tasks such as housekeeping and providing companionship. Additionally, we offer home health care, private duty home care, and comprehensive senior care programs.
Do you complete background checks on your staff?
Yes. All applicants need to pass a nationwide and Medicaid background check. Per state laws, an employee cannot have any felonies and/or major misdemeanors or multiple incidences of the same misdemeanor on their record.
Is someone available 24/7?
Yes. Each of our clients has our phone number to use at any time of the day. If it is after hours, our answering machine will provide the contact information for the supervisor on call, or you’re able to call our owner directly if need be.
